System Migration:

Successfully completed a windows 10 migration project for one of the renowned aviation related client across their sites in USA, Canada, France and India. The project included system migration as well as Operating System upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows across 3000 systems spread across the mentioned geographies. Teams of field technicians were dispatched at as many as 50 plus sites simultaneously in different continents and time zones. The project was completed in a record 4 months period meeting the end customer time line and ensuring a steady technical support from the OS manufacturers.

Successfully rolled out Office 365:

We have successfully rolled out Office 365 for a customer at their multiple sites in Germany. There were around 15 plus sites with 350 plus users on sites. Our bilingual resources not only rolled out the software rather successfully provided training to the end user in German language. The project was completed in 1 month along with the training.

Since past 2 years we are successfully running a contract of 10 full time engaged IT Level 2 Deskside support technicians for a multi-national insurance company at their sites in Germany, United Kingdom, France and Belgium. The customer initially had a requirement of 6 months which has been extended almost 4 times due to the excellent services and the cost cutting they achieved by having the best technical resources onboard. Windows 10 Roll Out

We have successfully carried out Windows 10 roll out for an American food and beverage company for their sites in Belgium, France, Switzerland and United Kingdom. The project has been successfully completed in Dec 2019 within the deadline of Microsoft support. Multiple resources were dispatched at 15 sites across these countries to achieve the deadline. Our teams worked closely with our client right from devising the roll out plan until its execution.

Windows Migration:

The project was a blend of operating system migration from windows 7 to windows 10 at the start followed by dedicated onsite staff for a 5 year support including the additional locations for a need based dispatch model support. First part of the project started in July 2019 and completed in Dec 2019 across Mexico, Romania, India, South Korea, France, Germany, Czech Republic and Italy. The BAU part is still going on with smooth transition from the initial phase. The customer the same technical team onsite as dedicated staff at their integral production sites and the remaining ones are being covered under a strict next business day SLA.

SLA Base Support:

On an NBD basis we have successfully provided Onsite and On demand IT services for Level 2 technicians across 100 plus sites in UK and Ireland including remote production sites for a leading industrial gas and Engineering company since past 1 year. We have achieved SLA assurance of 99.1% since past 1 year and the customer was so happy to renew the contract starting Jan 2020. We are supporting end user equipment from different vendors including but not limited to Lenovo, Dell and Apple with customized reporting.

End-User Support:

We are providing end user support to the customer at their multiple sites on need basis since past 3 years. The customer is a public food company with peculiar IT needs. The services includes operating system re-image, laptop or desktop setup, user profile configuration and software related onsite support.

Legacy Desktops:

We have successfully completed and upgrade from legacy desktops to thin clients along with installation of new screens for a global recruitment firm. The legacy devices were disposed of as per WEEE directives. The project was completed within short span of one week across Ireland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Malta.
